Delivery Information

Mother’s Day March 30th

Mother’s Day Deliveries will be from Friday 29th to Sunday 30th.
While we will try to deliver on your chosen date, due to the volume of deliveries at this time, we may need to change your delivery date to the one of the days listed above.
This does not apply to special occasion deliveries like birthdays or anniversaries during this period.

Deliveries

Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 6pm.
Saturdays 10am – 3pm
(We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays with exceptions for Valentines Day and Mother’s Day).

Orders for same day delivery in Tipperary Town must be received before 3pm
and for outside areas must be received before 1pm.
Cut off time for same day delivery on Saturdays is 12pm.

Delivery prices are calculated by distance.
The price will show when you have entered the delivery address.

While we will do our best to deliver your flowers as early as possible, orders are delivered on a first come first served basis. However we do priorities same day occasions such as birthdays.
You can put a suggested delivery time in the notes box on checkout, however we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Terms & Conditions of Deliveries

We do not deliver without a contact phone number.
All customers will be contacted before we attempt delivery. If you do not want us to contact the person receiving the flowers please provide us with a contact number for someone else who you are happy for us to contact to arrange delivery with.
If you request that flowers are left at the door or in another specific place, the product is no longer our responsibility should it be damaged or if it fails to get to the recipient.
We will only attempt delivery to the address once. If the recipient is not home, the product will be returned to our shop and the recipient can collect it there.
